1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Course Commencement:
    • Students may request to cancel their enrollment up to 7 days before the start date of the course. A cancellation fee of 10% of the total course fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • After Course Commencement:
    • No cancellations are allowed after the course has commenced.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed as per the following conditions:

  • Cancellation Before Course Commencement:
    • Refunds will be initiated within 15 working days of receiving the cancellation request.
  • No Refunds:
    • Refunds are not applicable under the following scenarios:
      • If the course has already started.
      • If a student fails to attend classes, whether online or offline.
      • For partial completion of the course.
  • Technical Issues:
    • In case of technical issues on our platform that prevent access to the course, we will resolve the issue promptly. Refunds will not be provided for temporary disruptions.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, students must:

  • Submit a written request to globala1institute@gmail.com, clearly stating the reason for the cancellation or refund.
  • Attach proof of payment and enrollment details.

4. Important Notes

  • Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method used during enrollment.
  • The institute reserves the right to review and decide on refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
  • Administrative fees and taxes, if applicable, are non-refundable.

5. Amendments to Policy

Global A1 Institute of Paramedical Science reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or app.
